13 AND OLDER CLASS
6:00 PM-7:00 PM

9 TO 12 YEAR OLD CLASS-Almost FULL act fast!
7:00 PM-8:00 PM

Anyone who registers for Summer Classes before July 31, 2010 will have the 20.00 Registration Fee Waived. Please call Kara at 801-391-8123 if you have any questions or want to register. Thanks!

Last Minute Competition Information

Dancers for tomorrow please just come with a foundation on with your own tube of mascara. I will bring you your own eye colors, blush, and lipstick that you will use so you all match.

Hair:

Juniors: Pull front section of hair straight back and secure. (Bump-it style with no bump it) then down the center of the hair do three pony tails with the lowest one being in a low pony tail and the highest being in a high pony tail. Have each girl bring their own package of bobby pins and I will be able to pin their pony tail hair where we want it.

Seniors: Pull front section of hair straight back and secure. (Bump-it style, try to get a little volume) then pull the rest in a tight slicked pony tail that is slightly above a low pony tail area. Mariah's mom will be there to style the pony tails. If you have any questions please e-mail serenitydance@live.com.

Dress Rehearsal Information

When: Friday May 7, 2010
Where: The Studio
Time: 5:00-6:30*

*Both Jrs. and Srs. come at this time. Family members can come watch them the last 20 minutes of class so they are somewhat used to an audience.

ROY HIGH SCHOOL-STAGE

Juniors: "Evacuate The Dance Floor"

Routine on floor approx. 9:30 AM

Uniform: Top w/Black Shorts, Tutu, Tan Tights, Tan Shoes

*Please meet just inside the Roy High School front doors at 8:00 AM. The girls paid a competition entrance fee so they will get in all day for free. Spectators will need to pay $7.00 per person to watch. After meeting we will make sure everyone looks uniformed with hair, makeup, and costuming and we will run the routine in the practice gym for a little bit. I will let you know next week how to do your hair. Mariah's mom is helping us choose a style so we will let you know ASAP. Thanks!!

Seniors: "Le Disko"

Routine on floor approx. 2:00 PM

*Please meet just inside the Roy High School front doors at 12:00 Noon. The girls paid a competition entrance fee so they will get in all day for free. Spectators will need to pay $7.00 per person to watch. After meeting we will make sure everyone looks uniformed with hair, makeup, and costuming and we will run the routine in the practice gym for a little bit. May 15th Competition Information

LAGOON AMUSEMENT PARK-CANYON PAVILION STAGE

Juniors: "Evacuate The Dance Floor"

Routine on floor approx. 10:40 AM

Uniform: Top w/Black Shorts, Tutu, Tan Tights, Tan Shoes

Please meet just inside the Lagoon main entrance just through the gates on the main street at 8:40 AM. The girls paid a competition entrance fee so they will get in to watch dancing only. If you would like to just watch dancing only, Spectators will need to pay $10.00 per person with a coupon I will give you. I will be giving each girl your discount all day ride coupons and parking passes the week of the competition. After entering the park we will make sure everyone looks uniformed with hair, makeup, and costuming and we will run the routine somewhere we can find some empty grass space or something. Thank You!!

Extended Classes Start Thursday

Wednesday and Thursday classes have been extended through March and April. The new class times are as follows:

Seniors-Wed

5:30 P.M.-7:30 P.M.

Juniors-Thurs

4:30 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

You may want to bring a snack and water during your class time. Please wear your hair pulled back and preferably in a black top for the rest of the classes in March and April.
